January 8, 2019 Caucus Meeting TOWN OF LINCOLN 10905 Falcon Road Marshfield, WI 54449 Caucus Meeting Minutes January 8, 2019 7:00 pm This meeting is held to set the ballots for the April 2, 2019 election for Two Supervisor positions, Treasurer and Chairman. David Rogers, Josh Mauritz, Matt Joiner, Bob Cassaday, Leonard Johnson, Janet M. Bell, Kathleen Altmann-Drinka, Dalton Tysver, Mike Peterson and Trevor Peterson were in attendance. Treasurer: Motion was made by Bob Cassaday to nominate Janet M. Bell for Treasurer, Second by Kathleen Altmann-Drinka. No other nominations for Treasurer. Nominations are closed. Supervisor Position #1 Motion was made by Bob Cassaday to nominate Leonard Johnson for Supervisor #1, Second by Kathleen Altmann-Drinka. Motion was made by Mike Peterson to nominate Dalton Tysver for Supervisor #1, Second by Trevor Peterson. No other nominations for Supervisor #1 Nominations are closed. Supervisor Position #3 Motion was made by Josh Mauritz to nominate Matt Joiner for Supervisor #3, Second by Bob Cassaday. No other nominations for Supervisor #3 Nominations are closed. Motion was made by Janet M. Bell to nominate Josh Mauritz as an election official to conduct the caucus meeting. Second by Bob Cassaday. Josh Mauritz conducted the caucus for the Town Chairman position. Chairman: Motion was made by Bob Cassaday to nominate David A. Rogers for Chairman. Second by Janet M. Bell. No other nominations for Chairman. Nominations are closed. Motion was made by Josh Mauritz to adjourn the Caucus Meeting. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried.
