July 17, 2023 Conditional Us Permit Meeting

1 TOWN OF PORT EDWARDS PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MEETING MINUTES Date: July 17th, 2023 Call to Order: Chairman Randy Moody called the Public Hearing to order at 6:00p.m. The pledge of allegiance was recited to begin the meeting. Meeting Certification: This meeting has been properly posted (on the Town Hall door) as well as published on our website to notify the public of date, place, time, and agenda. Attendance: Chairman Randy Moody, Supervisors Tim Schmidt, Jeff O’Donnell, Treasurer Kathy Reese, Clerk Michelle Sorenson, and Road Superintendent Adam Lueneburg. There were also six people present from the public. Agenda: Approve the agenda Answer any questions of Bush AutoSports LLC who is applyng for the permit Act on Bush AutoSports LLC conditional use permit Public input Adjourn Motion was made by O’Donnell and seconded by Schmidt to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Presentation: Matthew Bush was present. He explained he does auto repair. He was asked where he is located. His shop is on State Highway 54 W, just east of the Crow Bar and Grill, before you go down the hill by the cemetery. There were no other questions or comments. Permitting: With no concerns or complaints, the board acted on the conditional use permit request. O’Donnell made a motion to grant the permit to Matthew Bush for his auto repair shop and Schmidt seconded the motion. All were in favor and the motion carried. Public Input: There was none.
