Town of Port Edwards: Special Mee6ng Minutes Date: Monday, November 1st, 2021 Call to Order: Town Chairman Randy Moody called the Town Board Mee6ng to order at 1:00 PM in the Town Hall with the Pledge of Allegiance. Mee6ng Cer6fica6on: The mee6ng has been properly posted (on the Town’s three pos6ng boards and on the Town Hall door) to no6fy the public of the date, place, and 6me, and agenda. AOendance: Chairman Randy Moody, Supervisor Jeff O’Donnell, Wisconsin Rapids City AOorney Sue Schill, City of Wisconsin Rapids Fire Department-Interim Fire Chief Todd Eckes, and City of Wisconsin Rapids EMS Chief Jason Joling were in aOendance. Agenda: •Pledge of Allegiance •Presenta6on by the City of Wisconsin Rapids on their ambulance services and proposed contract •Public input •Adjourn Mo6on was Made by Supervisor O’Donnell and seconded by Chairman Moody to approve the agenda. Mo6on carried. Public Input: The City of Wisconsin Rapids representa6ves presented a proposal for Ambulance services for the Town of Port Edwards. The City of Wisconsin Rapids presented informa6on detailing the Ambulance service proposal and answered ques6ons from Chairman Moody and Supervisor O’Donnell covering topics such as: response 6me, City of Wisconsin Rapids staff cer6fica6on levels, and benefits to the Town of Port Edwards First Responders. Adjourn: Supervisor O’Donnell made a mo6on to adjourn the mee6ng at 1:55 p.m. and Chairman Moody seconded. All were in favor and the mo6on carried.
