TOWN OF PORT EDWARDS MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING Date: Monday, October 12, 2026 Time: 5:00 pm Location: Port Edwards Town Hall, 2000 County Road G, Nekoosa • Call the meeting to order • Pledge of Allegiance • Approve the agenda • Approve September 14, 2026 monthly Board meeting and October 8, 2026 Budget Prep meeting minutes • Approve payment of Town bills • Treasurer and Clerk monthly financial reports • Set date for November 2026 Board meeting • Set date for public hearing on the proposed 2026 Town budget • Review any correspondence received o Notice of WTA – Wood County Unit October meeting • Road Superintendent report • New business: o Examine submitted operator license application for approval o Discuss and possibly approve the purchase of a new computer for the Clerk • Old business: o Review and possibly act on Kimball Avenue Railroad Crossing marking o Update on nuisance properties and business • Public input • Town Board will motion to convene in “closed session” under Wis.
