Paul
received
calls
about
solar
ordinances
and
brush
on
the
corner
of
Grant
and
Oak
Roads.
Paul
got
a
hold
of
Pittsville
Fire
&
EMS
to
get
their
budget.
33.3%
is
paid
to
Pittsville
and
the
rest
goes
to
Vesper
for
fire
budgets.
Road and Maintenance Concerns: Scott Construction finished chip sealing North Road. Duane picked up the
blades
from
the
County.
Two
of
the
culverts
on
Jackson
and
one
on
Tamarack
were
done
by
Wood
County
without
approval.
Their
estimated
cost
was
way
higher
than
Kolo
so
Paul
will
discuss
it
with
them.

Old Business: None

will
send
one
to
Ryan
Brock,
the

Diane
would
like
a
new
computer
for
elections.
Diane
is
going
to
see
if
she
can
get
one
through
a
grant.
If
she
can’t
get
one
through
the
grant,
then
she
should
just
purchase
one.
Public Input: Ralph asked about the county doing the work without authorization. Paul told him that the
county
estimated
$10,000
per
culvert
and
Kolo
would
do
both
for
$1320.
It
was
just
a
misunderstanding
and
Paul
will
work
it
out
with
them.
Brian
Denzine
was
concerned
about
the
road
that
they
live
on
not
getting
graded
enough.
When
they
last
came
to
the
board
meeting
they
were
told
it
would
be
done
more
frequently
and
it
has
only
been
done
once.
They
would
like
it
graded
once
per
month.
They
live
on
Maplewood
Road
(the
dead
end
portion
by
Poplar
Lane).
Paul
will
ask
Duane
to
grade
that
road
more
often.
