TOWN OF HANSEN MEETING MINUTES Paul Goldberg, Chairperson * Pamela Martinson, Treasurer * Diane Kohls, Clerk * Wayne Brock, Supervisor * Daniel Madsen, Supervisor June 9, 2026 Board Members in Attendance: Paul Goldberg, Pamela Martinson, Wayne Brock, Dan Madsen & Diane Kohls Board Members Excused: None Others in Attendance: Mike Grosskreutz and Ralph Hamel Call to Order: Chairman, Paul Goldberg, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Approval of Clerks Minutes: The minutes from the May 12, 2026 meeting were read. A motion was made by Wayne, seconded by Dan, to approve the minutes. Motion carried. Expenditures and Treasurer Reports: A motion was made by Dan, seconded by Wayne, to approve the expenditures and Treasurer reports. Motion carried. Correspondence: There was one sanitary permit and one culvert permit. There was a tree down on Lincoln Road and someone called about getting the gravel roads sprayed for dust control. Paul attended the Pittsville Fire Department picnic. The part for the recall on the Western Star truck has not come in yet. Road and Maintenance Concerns: There is a dip in the road on Apple Road so Duane will grade Apple. There was a hole in the road on Jackson so Paul put road base in the hole to fill it in. The slurry has been finished on Spruce Road. JJ’s Brushcutting was hired to take care of the brush that was in the ditches from the storms. Mike picked up the trash that was in the ditches. Duane has been grading and putting shellrock on Madison. Kolo gave a bid to fix the driveway for $2479.50. A motion was made by Wayne, seconded by Dan, to hire Kolo to repair the driveway. Motion carried. WTA Meeting Host Update: The board decided that catering was too expensive. Donations fund the meeting and we did not have enough donations to cover the cost of catering. Pam will order subs from Friends and Neighbors along with potato salad, macaroni salad, etc. Paul will take the history posters about the Town of Hansen to the meeting. Pay current bills: A motion was made by Dan, seconded by Wayne, to pay the current bills. Motion carried. Old Business: Diane still needs to order flags. A locking cap will be purchased for the diesel tanks from Cournoyer. Pam and Diane have their .gov emails set up. Diane still needs to help Paul set his new email up. New Business: None Public Input: Ralph said that there is a tree leaning into the road on Oak Road. The board will contact the landowner to let them know that it needs to be taken care of. Next agenda items: WTA meeting update Next meeting date: July 14, 2026 @ 7:00 p.m. Adjournment: A motion was made by Wayne, seconded by Dan, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
