Board of Supervisors Meeting — Minutes

Town of Milladore Board of Supervisors Meeting August 2, 2026, 6:30 pm 3720 County Rd. P, Milladore, WI, 54454 Meeting Minutes Board Members Present: Chairman Ned Ruesch, Supervisor Ron Koziczkowski, Clerk Leslianne Ruesch, Treasurer Terri Grassel. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance by Chairman Ned Ruesch. The secretary report was read. A motion was moved by Ned to approve. Seconded by Supervisor Ron Koziczkowski. Motion approved. The treasurer report was received. Old Business: Absentee ballots for the August 11, 2026 Partisan Primary have been issued. Updates on the building addition: House of Heating has given us a quote to move the furnace and make additional updates to the heating system to make it more efficient. New Business: The public test of election equipment will be held on August 7th, 2026, at 7 pm. The Town of Milladore Election Day Emergency Response Plan has been updated. There were no recycling center updates. Sanitary District updates: The Sanitary Commission is currently looking for grants to help with updates needed for the plant and equipment. Road Repair Concerns: There is an issue with the Harley rake. Ron has looked for new parts, but they are proving difficult to find. We will need to rent one to properly finish some of the roads we started grading this summer. There was no Public Comment. A motion was moved by Ned to pay bills. Seconded by Ron. Motion carried. The next Town of Milladore Board of Supervisors Meeting will beheld on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at the Milladore Town Hall, at 6:30 pm A motion was moved by Ned to adjourn. Seconded by Ron. Meeting adjourned.
