Board of Supervisors Meeting — Agenda

Town of Milladore Board of Supervisors Meeting June 7, 2026, 6:30 pm 3720 County Road P, Milladore, WI, 54454 Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Secretary Report Treasurer Report Additions to the Agenda Old Business: We have received the go ahead from the county regarding our holding tank permit. We hope to have the tank in shortly and begin work on the building. Updates on building work. The CT form was filed with the DOR. New Business: Workers are cleaning up fallen branches and brush on the sides of town roads. They also are trimming any trees that are in the right of way. Discussion as to fees for clean up on residents property. Discussion on private culverts. Liquor licenses are being worked on. We anticipate another meeting to finalize these later in June. There is a vacancy on the board following a supervisor’s resignation. Appointment of new supervisor. Recycling Center Updates: Summer hours are now in effect. The recycling center is open from 8-1 on Saturdays, and 5-7 pm on Wednesdays. Sanitary District Updates: Road Repairs and Concerns: Lines have been repainted on Mayflower rd. to satisfy the Railroad Commission. We intend to repaint the other lines this summer. Clerk Mail A letter was received by DSPS. They conducted an in person audit of the Sherry Volunteer Fire Department on May 13, 2026. This was in regards to how they handle 2% dues. The letter stated that The Sherry Volunteer Fire Department is not in substantial compliance of the rules and requirements of the Wisconsin state statutes. Additionally, due to Sherry FD not filing the self certification paperwork needed for Town of Milladore in 2025, we will not receive 2% funds this year. Public Comment All public comment is restricted to 2 minutes per person. We ask that you remain respectful.
