Town of Milladore Board of Supervisors Meeting May 3, 2026, 6:30 pm 3720 County Road P, Milladore, WI, 54454 Agenda Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Secretary Report Treasurer Report Additions to the Agenda Old Business: The Open Book was held via phone only per the request of the assessor due to inclement weather. The Board of Review was held. The Annual Meeting went well, and we appreciate the residents who attended it. Bids were advertised in The Marshfield Herald. The clerk and treasurer have been in contact with the CPA who will be filing the annual CT form with the DOR. Updates on building work. New Business: Open sealed bids Paperwork for holding tank needs to be signed for county Recycling Center Updates: Need for additional recycling dumpsters? The annual RU report was submitted to the DNR. Sanitary District Updates: Road Repairs and Concerns: Cleanup is still underway from storms. Received notification that we did not get approved for LRIP funds. Clerk Mail: Received an email from DSPS stating they will be doing an in-person audit of the Sherry Volunteer Fire Department in regard to their 2% dues reporting in 2025. The town has received a non-compliance notice from DSPS due to the Sherry Fire Chief not completing the necessary paperwork for the town of Milladore in 2025. Although we have a fire contract with a different fire department, this affects our funding for 2026. We have consulted the attorney over this situation as we feel we are being unfairly punished due to no fault on our end. Public Comment: Public comment will be restricted to 2 minutes per person. We ask that you remain respectful. Move to Pay Bills The next Town of MIlladore Board of Supervisors Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 6:30 pm, at the Milladore town hall.
