2025 TOWN BOARD BUDGET WORKSHOP OCTOBER 27, 2025 6:00PM TOWN OF SIGEL HALL MINUTES DATE: October 27, 2025 TIME: 6:00PM PLACE: Town of Sigel Hall Board Members Present: Chair Dick Goodwin, Supervisors Tom Nieman and Dennis Larson. Also Present: Clerk Sandra Nieman and Treasurer Dawn Larson, Resident Joe Behlen 1. Chairman Goodwin called the meeting to order at 6:00PM 2. The Clerk presented the proposed 2026 Budget. Questions from Board Members were discussed and answered. 3. Nieman made a motion to set the 2025 Budget Hearing with Meetings for November 18, 2025 at 6:00PM. Larson seconded. Motion carried. 4. Joe Behlen had questions about the Town’s 5 Year Road Plan. He asked about other items related to the Budget, i.e. purchasing cell phones for Board members, and timing of the Budget hearing/meetings. 5. Nieman made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:48PM with a second from Larson. Motion carried.
