Public Comments/Concerns: ➢ Is there anything being done about the smell from the Cheese factory? Yes, they are working with Midwest chemicals and they said it is guaranteed to take care of the smell however we do not have a timeline. DNR has been called about the smell as well. The road in front of the cheese factory is getting beat up from all the sewer trucks and the Town of Rudolph is working with us to fix the roads which the cheese factory is paying for. ➢ Highway Dept called about the crosswalk and it is not ADA compliant, there also were no permits pulled for that, the County is working with us on this. ➢ Chemical Sheds-did we ever hear back about a pricing or anything more on this? No, Trustee Larsen will follow up. ➢ Thursday May 22nd , 6:00pm come to the Welcome Center and help recognize the Village becoming a Purple Heart Village! Old Business: • New Business: • Bob Bradach-Fireworks permit, Bob turned in his fee and paperwork at the April meeting. Trustee Whipple made a motion to approve Bradach fireworks selling permit, seconded by Trustee Larsen; carried unanimously. • Parsnips-Ordinance 6-1-6a motion made by Trustee Whipple to add ‘parsnips’ to be deemed ‘noxious’ and ‘weeds’, seconded by Trustee Larsen; carried unanimously. • Rebuilding Piltz Ave up by the AG Building-Garage doors are done. The road going up to the building needs to be redone now that we are utilizing it. Windows need to be replaced-long term glass block would probably be the best option. Will continue to update as needed to figure out what the Village will do and when. Agenda requests • November Meeting/BOR Date • Dollar General Licenses • Chemical Sheds • Ordinance on Storage Buildings Trustee Larsen made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:29pm , seconded by Trustee Whipple; carried unanimously. Respectfully Submitted, Kristina Rebarchek, Village Clerk
