Meeting Minutes Approved on May 11, 2026. Attest: ___________________________________ Minutes of the Town of Marshfield Board of Review Town of Marshfield Hall – 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2026 Chairman John Salzmann called the Board of Review to order at 7:30 p.m. In attendance were: Salzmann, Supervisors Randy Weigel & Mason Gukenberger, Assessor Greg Schmidt and Clerk Janet Meyer. Motion Gukenberger/2nd Weigel to nominate John Salzmann as Board of Review Chairman . Salzmann closed nominations. Motion passed 4-0. Motion Weigel/2nd Meyer to nominate Mason Gukenberger as Board of Review Vice Chairman and close nominations . Motion passed 4-0. The Board of Review training requirement was fulfilled by Salzmann & Gukenberger. It was noted that the clerk is a voting member of the Board of Review. Required notices were posted and published. Open Book was held on April 28, 2026, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., with the Assessor in attendance. The Assessors Affidavit was signed; notices have been mailed out. The Assessment Roll was tu rned over to the clerk. No changes were made at Open Book. No one filed an objection form to appear before the Board or Review. The Assessment Roll was examined for incorrect descriptions, calculation errors, omitted and double assessed property. No errors were found. No one appeared at the 2026 Board of Review and the Board of Review for 2026 is complete. Salzmann declared the Board of Review adjourned at 9:30 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Janet A. Meyer, Clerk
