Special Meeting

Special meeting of the Village Board- February 19, 2024 The Pledge of Allegiance was said. Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Tyson Weiler. Present: Lingford, Curtin, Stoflet, Bulin, Marten, Weiler, Marth, Schmutzer and Anderson. Atty. Dietrich was online. Absent: None. Public Comment- none. Motion Marten/Curtin to enter into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(c) for the purpose of considering performance evaluation data and employment status of public employees over which the Village Board exercises responsibility including discussion regarding performance expectations for Village employees. Roll call- all ayes. Carried. Motion Stoflet/Marten to adjourn closed session and enter open session. Roll call- all ayes. Carried. Motion Marten/Curtin to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. Carried.
