Regular meeting of the Village Board- March 21, 2022
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Kevin Yeske.
Present: Lingford, Anderson, Stoflet, Schmutzer, Marten, Yeske and Marth. Also present: John Spatz.
Absent: Atty. Dietrich and Curtin.
Developer’s agreement- The developer’s agreement has been reviewed by the village attorney. The
developer is having his attorney review the agreement.
Superintendent comparables for salary and benefits- Yeske obtained information from several nearby
municipalities. We will post for two full time village operator positions. A CDL license is required.
Yeske and Lingford will work on creating a job posting notice. Motion Schmutzer/Weiler to authorize
Yeske to post the positions for two village operators. Carried.
Codification of ordinances- the board reviewed and made updates to the ordinances.
Motion Marten/Schmutzer to adjourn at 9:40 p.m. Carried.
