Regular meeting of the Village Board- March 14, 2022
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Kevin Yeske.
Present: Lingford, Anderson, Stoflet, Schmutzer, Marten, Yeske and Marth. Also present: John Spatz
and Edgar Gonzalez.
Absent: Atty. Dietrich and Curtin.
Update- Yeske has contacted Atty. Dietrich and Greg Schmidt (assessor) regarding the developer’s
project. The assessor said the project should assess at the amount stated in the developer’s
agreement. The attorney wants the payments to begin 4-1-2023 in semi-annual payments. The
developer’s agreement will be on the 3/21/22 agenda.
Codification of ordinances- the board reviewed and made updates to the ordinances. This will
continue 3/21/22.
Motion Marten/Schmutzer to adjourn at 9:00 p.m. Carried.
