Regular meeting of the Village Board- February 16, 2022
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Kevin Yeske.
Present: Anderson, Stoflet, Schmutzer, Yeske, Marten and Marth. Lingford present at 7:30 p.m.
Absent: Atty. Dietrich and Curtin.
Motion Marten/Anderson to enter into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(e) of the
Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of deliberating regarding the investment of public funds and
conducting other specified business whenever bargaining reasons require a closed session, including
discussion regarding the terms of a development agreement. Roll call- all ayes.
Motion Anderson/Marten to authorize MSA to create TIF #3 at a cost not to exceed $16,500. Carried.
Codification of ordinances- the board reviewed and updated several of the draft ordinances.
Additional ordinances will be reviewed at the meeting on March 7th at 7:00 p.m.
Motion Marten/Stoflet to adjourn at 9:40 p.m. Carried.
