Kurszewski Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: R. Kurszewski, J. Malek, R. Mueller, J. Kumenius, Absent- R. Pliska, K. Krogwold, D. Butts Public Present: None • Review plans for Addition of a new Garage @ 111 Lincoln Ave: Zoning Plan Commission reviewed and discussed Certified Survey Map showing lot lines and the new addition of a garage. • View site and Approve a Building Construction Permit for an addition of a new Garage @ 111 Lincoln Ave: Zoning Plan Commission viewed site 111 Lincoln Ave to see where the proposed new garage addition will be. Resident has stake markers in the ground for the dimensions of where the new garage will be. Motion: J. Kumenius / J. Malek to Approve of a Building Construction permit to be issued to Wayne & Diane Garski at 111 Lincoln Ave for the construction of a new garage. Adjournment at 10:25 a.m. Motion: R. Kurszewski/ R. Mueller to adjourn.
