Village of Rosholt Zoning & Plan Commission Meeting Minutes 11:00 AM at the Village Hall (101 S Main St) & Residential Property Approved 6/08/2026 Call to Order: Kurszewski Roll Call: R. Kurszewski, R. Mueller, J. Malek, J. Kumenius Absent: D. Butts, R. Pliska, K. Krogwold Public Present: B. Myers • View site and Approve a Construction Building Permit for a Bathroom Addition at 101 E Grand Ave: Zoning Board members did a site visit to 101 E Grand Ave to see the layout for a new attached 10 X 12 Bathroom addition to the resident’s home. Zoning Board checked where property lines are at. Motion: R. Mueller / J. Kumenius to Approve of the issuance of a Construction Building Permit to B. Myers at 101 Grand Ave E. Roll Call Vote, All in Favor, None Opposed, Motion Carried. Adjournment: 11:15 AM Affidavit of Posting on Village website and at Village Hall.
