1 Village of Rosholt Special Board Meeting Minutes Monday May 18, 2026 5:15 p.m. @ Village Hall (101 S Main St) Immediately to follow is another Special Meeting of the Village of Rosholt Board APPROVED June 8th 2026 Call to Order: By President, R. Kurszewski Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: R. Kurszewski, E. Hartvig, T. Firkus, J. Malek, R. Mueller Public Present: M. Omernik, D. Reit, T. Simonis NO PUBLIC REQUESTS FOR CONSIDERATION • *Village President called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m. • Approve of New Alcohol License for Liberty Square Gas Station Inc: Clerk read Applicant name aloud, NO applicable record, was published in the Stevens Point Journal May 11th – May 13th 2026. Motion: T. Firkus/ E. Hartvig to Approve of clerk to issue liquor license to applicant Liberty Square Gas Station Inc for 281 E Grand Ave Rosholt WI, DBA Refuel Pantry- Rosholt. Alcohol License will be good from May 19th 2026 thru June 30th 2026. Roll Call Vote, All in Favor, None Opposed, Motion Carried • Approve Tobacco License for Liberty Square Gas Station Inc: DBA ReFuel Pantry – Rosholt Motion: E. Hartvig/ T. Firkus to Approve of Clerk to issue Cigarette license. Cigarette License will be good from May 19th 2026 thru June 30th 2026 Roll Call Vote, All in Favor, None Opposed, Motion Carried Adjournment at 5:12 p.m. Motion: T. Firkus/ E. Hartvig to adjourn.
