1 Village of Rosholt Streets & Sidewalks Committee Meeting on Monday February 9, 2026 @ 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall (101 S Main St) Immediately to follow is the Village Board Meeting APPROVED March 9, 2026 Call to Order: By President, R. Kurszewski Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: R. Kurszewski, T. Firkus, R. Mueller Public Present: J. Malek, A. Simonis, D. Reit NO PUBLIC REQUESTS FOR CONSIDERATION • Discuss Granny’s Parking lot drainage complaint: Granny’s Country Café submitted a written complaint about the parking lot between them and Lisa’s Curl up, that the parking is sloped so the water runs right in the back of the building flooding the back room of the café. Motion: T. Firkus / R. Kurszewski to Postpone till the March 9th Village Board Meeting where the owners of Granny’s Country Café & G. Gagas are requested to be present to discuss the parking lot in between the two businesses. • Review & Discuss Village Street Conditions: Board members discussed and talked with Village Maintenance about the village street conditions. Talked about chip sealing & patching certain streets. Some roads discussed were Forest & Maple, Randolph and asked village maintenance to reach out to J. Zdroik from American Asphalt to come look in the early spring at some of the streets in question. NO Action was taken on this agenda item, only discussion was had. Adjournment at 6:30 p.m. Motion: R.
