1 Village of Rosholt Minutes Caucus Monday January 12, 2026 6:30 p.m. @ Village Hall (101 S Main St) APPROVED FEBRUARY 9, 2026 Call to order: By President Robert Kurszewski Pledge of Allegiance: Roll Call: R. Kurszewski, E. Hartvig, T. Firkus & R. Mueller, J. Malek Public Present: J. Kumenius, P. Landowski, J. Landowski, N. Anderson, J. Omernik, D. Reit, T. Simonis, G. Johnson, S. Johnson, M. Stenglein, C. Malek, C. Martin, T. Glodowski, Market animal committee Caucus Official: R. Kurszewski Village President will run the Caucus Selection of Tellers: R. Kurszewski asked audience for (2) tellers. S. Johnson & N. Anderson to serve as tellers to canvass votes if necessary. Determine method of tie breaker: It was unanimous to cast A Secret Ballot, for the method of a tie breaker if needed. Nomination for Village Trustee: Caucus Official opened nominations for Village Trustees. The incumbents are: Travis Firkus, Joe Malek & Robert Mueller • T. Firkus was nominated by N. Anderson and seconded by J. Malek • D. Reit was nominated by T. Simonis and seconded by J. Omernik • J. Omernik was nominated by D. Reit and seconded by T. Simonis • J. Malek was nominated by S. Johnson and seconded by N. Anderson • R. Mueller was nominated by J. Kumenius and seconded by T. Firkus The Caucus Official made two more calls for nominations. Motion: R. Mueller/ E. Hartvig to close nominations for Village Trustee. All in favor, none opposed, motion carried. Adjournment at 6:45 p.m. Motion: R. Kurszewski/ E. Hartvig to adjourn.
