1 Village of Rosholt Zoning Plan Commission & Rosholt Sewer Committee Meeting Minutes Thursday April 10th 2025 5:30 p.m. @ Village Hall (101 S Main St) APPROVED April 14th 2025 Call to Order: By President, R. Kurszewski Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: R. Kurszewski, T. Firkus, J. Malek, R. Mueller, D. Butts, R. Pliska, Absent- J. Kumenius, K. Krogwold Public Present: L. Schulist, T. Schulist, Clerk NO PUBLIC REQUESTS FOR CONSIDERATION • Discuss & Review Plans for a new Construction on parcel #176-320-302.01: Zoning Board members and Sewer Committee members reviewed and discussed the Zoning Construction permit application submitted by LG Construction. Motion: R. Mueller/ J. Malek to Approve the plans and application LG Construction submitted. Roll Call Vote, All in favor, none opposed, motion carried. *T. Firkus abstained from all voting on this agenda item. • Discuss & Review Sewer Connection and Hook up: Sewer Committee members along with Zoning Board members discussed and asked LG Construction how they plan to connect to the sewer main on Second St and where they plan to run the new lines from the sewer main to the new construction to be built. LG Construction is working with Point of Beginning a civil engineer to draw up the plans on the new sewer lines to go in. Motion: R. Kurszewski/ J. Malek to Approve of LG Construction to put in the 8-inch pipe lines connecting to the Second St sewer Main. LG Construction to pay $1,500.00 for the residential Sewer hookup fee according to our Sewer Ordinance. Roll Call Vote, All in favor, none opposed, motion carried. *T. Firkus abstained from all voting on this agenda item. • View Site and Approve Zoning & Construction Permit for Parcel # 176-320-302.01: Zoning Board & Sewer Committee members went to see construction site and verify lot lines. Motion: R. Kurszewski/ J. Malek to Approve for a Zoning Construction Permit to be issued to LG Construction for parcel #176-320-302.01. Roll Call Vote, All in favor, none opposed, motion carried. *T. Firkus abstained from all voting on this agenda item. Adjournment at 6:40 p.m. Motion: R. Mueller/ J. Malek to adjourn.
