Approval of July 14, 2026, Village Board Meeting Minutes. 4. Closed Session: Motion and roll call to vote to enter into Closed Session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) Wis Stats. For the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session with purpose being the negotiation of a contract for building inspection services 5. Reconvene in Open Session Public comment may be permitted on the following agenda items. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding the proposed contract with the Village of Plover to provide Building Inspection Services to the Village of Whiting. 7. Discussion and possible action regarding proposed contract with Zblewski Bros. to provide snow removal for the winter season of 2026 & 2027. 8. Discussion and possible action on contractor bids for Wallace Place water/sewer lateral installation. 9. Discussion and possible action on recommendation from Public Works and Parks Committee to replace our existing mowers with the purchase of two new mowers. Funds from the 2026 Equipment Replacement fund to be utilized for the purchase. 10. Discussion/Possible Action Regarding Resolution No. 2026-07: Resolution Declaring Official Intent to Reimburse Expenditures from Proceeds of Borrowing. 11. Discussion and possible action regarding request from Big X Rentals to allow construction of commercial rental units on property at 2906 Post Rd. 12. Discussion and Possible action regarding possible moratorium on construction of large data centers in the Village of Whiting. 13. Discussion and possible action on creation of an Ad-Hoc committee to study the feasibility of allowing data centers in the Village of Whiting. The Ad-Hoc committee will consist of two (2) trustees and one (1) citizen member. The citizen member to be selected by the appointed trustees. 14. Discussion and possible action to confirm the appointment of Whiting citizen, Jeff Vaughter, to the Tree Board effective immediately. 15.
