MINUTES OF JOINT MEETING OF UTILITIES COMMITTEE AND VILLAGE BOARD Village of Whiting Municipal Center 3600 Water Street, Stevens Point WI 54481 Tuesday, April 14, 2026 – 5:30 p.m. ______________________________________________________________________________ 1. Roll Call. Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by President Taugner. Present were President Taugner, Trustees Karen Curtis, Kurt Glenzer, Mike Kaczmarek, John Koutre, Ben Lasecki, Kevin Lutz, and Utilities Commissioners Mike Daniels, Frank Krush and Clerk/Treasurer Pam Filtz all present. Also in attendance were several village residents and Greg Pitel from Kerber Rose SC. 2. Greg Pitel, Village Auditor, reviewed the 2025 Financial Statement with the Board and answered questions from the Trustees and Utilities Committee. 3. Adjournment. Motion by Glenzer, seconded by Curtis to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. Meeting was adjourned at 5:53 p.m.
