VILLAGE OF NELSONVILLE BOARD MEETING MINUTES Tuesday 7.8.25 6pm APPROVED MINUTES The meeting was called to order by President Rubina Martini Present at the meeting were: President Rubina Martini, Trustee Walter Leppen, Trustee Paula Kramer, and Clerk/Treasurer Daniel Bootz. Citizens Present: Caitlyn Brillowski Village Board Meeting M/S, Martini/Leppen moved to approve June board minutes as amended; all in favor, and the motion was carried. The treasurer’s report was submitted by Clerk/Treasurer Daniel Bootz. M/S, Martini/Leppen move to pay bills as presented by Clerk/Treasurer, Daniel Bootz, all in favor, motion carried Correspondence was reviewed ● A proposal for setting up an electronic recycling location was discussed. Public Questions and Comments New Business and Possible Decisions ● Stuczynski Trucking submitted a quote for approximately $25,000 for replacing Pavelski Road. Previous Business ● The Village Hall Sign will be installed in the next couple of weeks. Information – 1. GCAC Update – No updates 2. Groundwater Committee - No updates 3. Park Committee - Meeting was scheduled after the board meeting. Collecting donations for the fund raiser on July 25th. 4. Fire Commission - Discussed facility and equipment upgrades at the most recent meeting. Discussed recent fundraising efforts 5. Planning Commission - Recommending that the Village explore loan options to complete proposed road projects. Exploring donation options for pthe urchase of emergency equipment for the Village Hall.
