VILLAGE OF NELSONVILLE VILLAGE BOARD MEETING MINUTES Tuesday 12.13.22 6pm UNAPPROVED MINUTES Meeting was called to order by President Josh Stolzenburg Present at the meeting were: President Josh Stolzenburg, Trustee Mark Brueggeman, Trustee Walter Leppen and Clerk/Treasurer Daniel Bootz. Citizens present: Lulu Bootz, Mark Pearson, Tor Anderson Meeting was called to order. M/S, Leppen/Brueggeman move to approve the November Board minutes, all in favor, motion carried. Treasurer’s report submitted by Clerk/Treasurer Daniel Bootz. M/S, Stolzenburg/Leppen to transfer 2022 surplus funds to Village Hall Reserve Fund. M/S, Leppen/Brueggeman move to pay the bills as presented by Clerk/Treasurer, Daniel Bootz, all in favor, motion carried. Correspondence was reviewed Public Questions and Comments Mark Pearson, Judah Haas and Wally Leppen were thanked by the board for helping put up the Christmas decorations around the Village. Nelsonville Lutheran Church was thanked for donating $250 towards the Park Fund. Discussion Items: Caucus Date: Caucus was scheduled for 1/10/23 for 6pm Village Sidewalk Shoveling: Lulu Bootz was hired to hire the village sidewalks. Groundwater Committee Meeting and Fee: The Groundwater Committee has rented the Jensen Center for the next meeting on 12/15/22. The rental fee is $15 and this will be paid out of the Groundwater Budget. Information – 1. GCAC Update – No Updates 2. Groundwater Committee – Meeting on 12/15/22 at the Jensen Center 3. Park Committee – The Nelsonville Lutheran Church donated $250 toward the Park Fund. 4. Fire Commission – No Updates 5. Planning Committee – No updates Adjourned 6:28pm.
