VILLAGE OF NELSONVILLE VILLAGE BOARD MEETING MINUTES Tuesday 7.12.22 6pm APPROVED MINUTES Meeting was called to order by President Josh Stolzenburg Present at the meeting were: President Josh Stolzenburg, Trustee Mark Brueggeman, Trustee Walter Leppen and Clerk/Treasurer Daniel Bootz. Citizens present: Mark Pearson, Jay Gordon Meeting was called to order. M/S, Bruggeman/Leppen move to approve the June Board minutes, all in favor, motion carried. Treasurer’s report submitted by Clerk/Treasurer Daniel Bootz. M/S, Leppen/Brueggeman move to pay the bills as presented by Clerk/Treasurer Daniel Bootz, all in favor, motion carried. Correspondence was reviewed Public Questions and Comments: None Discussion Items: Village Hall RFP – Plans for the Village Hall have been received by the village. Stolzenburg will be writing the RFP to start distributing. Board will be looking for an August deadline for bids. ARPA Funding - Village has received the full amount of funds. Board requested that guidelines be presented at the August meeting. Stolzenburg also suggested that residents be asked to present possible projects within the village. Road Construction – LRIP funds were approved for Welton Dr., Jerome Steet and Third Street. Leppen reported that the state is asking for clarification on the width of Jerome and Third and the current surface rating on Welton Dr. J. Gordon – Reported on the condition and possible limits on the road. He is replacing his driveway at the end of Jerome Street and it may be an opportunity to repave the road at the same time. Information – 1. GCAC Update – None 2. Groundwater Committee – Meeting will be on July 21st 3. Park Committee – Looking to send up a fund-raising fund toward park development. 4.
