1 Plan Commission - September 02, 2026 City of Oconomowoc Plan Commission Meeting Minutes September 2, 2026 - 6:00 PM Members Present: Commissioners Kowieski, Byzeck, Ald Ellis, King, Wickman, Chairman Rosek and Frederick Also Present: Frye and Gallo Chairman Rosek called the Plan Commission Meeting to order at 6:00 PM. 2. Approval of previous meeting minutes-August 5, 2026 Motion by Ellis to approve the August 5, 2026 minutes; second by Wickman. Motion carried 7-0. 3. Comment from Citizens specific to items on this meeting agenda: None. 4a. Consider/ recommend the Final Plat for Olde Highlander Addition #4 located along the street extensions of MacGregor Road, Alasdar Drive and Olde Highlander Drive within the Olde Highlander Subdivision: Gallo explained this is for approval of the Final Plat of Phase 5 of this development which will contain 93 lots with 35 lots remaining to be approved. The property is zoned for single-family and town home buildings, similar to the housing south of the hill in the same development. The layout and use is consistent with the preliminary plat, City’s land use plan and the approved General Development Plan. Gallo added the plat was required to have slightly larger lots abutting the existing subdivision to the north of the proposed plat. Gallo explained the timeframe to act and recommended approval. Motion by Ellis to recommend to Council approval of the Final Plat for Olde Highlander Addition #4 Phase 5 located along the street extensions of MacGregor Road, Alasdar Drive and Olde Highlander Drive; second by Byzeck. Motion carried 7-0. 5. Planning Department Correspondence-July 2026 Gallo referred to the list of items on his Planning Department correspondence. Motion by Ellis to adjourn the meeting at 6:10 PM; second by Wickman. Motion carried 7-0. ____________________ Jason Gallo, City Planner
