Town.deerfield.wi.us 2) Roll Call. 3) Adoption of Agenda as printed or amended by posting. 4) Approval of minutes from last meeting. 5) Review of petitions filed. a) Petition 12339 for Brian and Laura Larson to rezone(divide) parcel 0712-084-9690-0 and transfer a development right to the new lot from parcel 0712-153-8000-1. 6) Old Business a) None. 7) New Business. a) Discussion for Curtis and Tami Graffin on whether parcel 0712-271-8730-5 has a building right and if it can be transferred to parcel 0712-271-9100-5 b) Discussion for Nick and Brent Brattlie whether building rights from Bannon Rd can be transferred to Gunderson LN. 8) Correspondence. 9) Future agenda items. 10) Tentative Meetings Scheduled: Planning Commission 6:00 P.M.
