DECEMBER 2022 PC MINUTES

Town of Deerfield Planning Commission Meeting 5 December 2022 Deerfield Community Center Chairman Korby Holzhueter called meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Those in attendance were: Korby Holzhueter, Jim Maple, Kim Schmitt, Randy Zakowski, Mark Trueden and Mike Schlobohm. Absent: Kim Grob. 3. Adoption of Agenda: Motion to approve by Jim Maple and second by and Mike Schlobohm. All ayes, motion carried. 4. Approval of minutes: Tabled till next month. 5. Review of petitions filed – (a) Rezone/Building right trf for Kim Schmitt Motion – Tabled 6. Old Business – (a) Festival permits. Approval of liquor license will be approval by the town to hold festival. Motion to approve by Jim Maple and second by Randy Zakowski. All ayes, motion carried. 7. New Business – (a) Amendment of Ordinance 2022 OA-044 CUP – Motion to respond that 30 days is to short to complete anything, change to present completion plan in 30 days. Jim will draft language to send to Dane Co. Motion to NOT approve the changes proposed by Jim Maple and second by and Kim Schmitt. All ayes, motion carried. 8. Correspondence- (a) N/A 9. Future Agenda/Meeting items: (a) Planning Commission board 9 January 2023. Motion made by Jim Maple and second by and Mike Schlobohm to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m. All ayes, -motion carried.
