TOWN OF CROSS PLAINS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING September 30, 2021 The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Cross Plains held a special meeting on Thursday, September 30, 2021 via zoom. Notice of the meeting was posted at the Community Center, Town Website and Town Garage on September 22 and 29, 2021. Board Members Greg Hyer, Greg Haack, Paul Correll, Jeff Baylis and Patty Mullins and Treasurer, Bonnie Krattiger was present. 2 citizens were present. Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Greg Hyer. Action on Hendrickson driveway permit. Motion was made by Greg Hyer and seconded by Jeff Baylis to approve part 2 of planned driveway permit for Chris Hendrickson for wholesale operations. All Board Members approved. Motion carried. Action - Authorize borrowing from State Bank off Cross Plains for Cross Plains Berry Fire District emergency response vehicle. Motion was made by Greg Hyer and seconded by Patty Mullins to authorize the Town Chair, Treasurer and Clerk to borrow from the State Bank of Cross Plains money to pay for the Cross Plains Berry Fire District emergency response vehicle of $42,883.00 and to borrow for the plow truck. All Board Members approved. Motion carried. Motion to adjourn was made by Greg Haack and seconded by Paul Correll. All Board approved. Motion carried.
