Finance Committee Meeting Minutes

Aldermen Present: Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Charles Schellpeper, Zachary Frankowski
Also Present: Karen Spiegelberg, April Welch, Lou Kowieski, Erik Jungwirth, Matt Rosek, Kevin Ellis, Stan Riffle,
Mark Frye, Gina Kozlik, Jason Gallo, Brad Timm, Tim Reel, Steve Hatton
Chairman Aultman Kloth called the Finance Committee Meeting to order and appropriate meeting notice was
confirmed at 6:20 PM.
Committee Business
a. Review/Discuss Vouchers
Finance Director Hatton reviewed the packet and there were no questions. Parade candy was
discussed. The Vouchers were reviewed and approved as presented and there were no questions.

Motion to adjourn made by Schellpeper and seconded by Frankowski.
Motion carried 3-0-0.
