Town of Christiana Town Board Meeting Agenda October 12, 2026, 6:30 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Town Board Meeting of the Town of Christiana Board will occur on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Christiana Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. ORDER OF BUSINESS a. Call Meeting to Order b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Roll Call d. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting 2. PUBLIC COMMENT– Please fill out a public comment form and return to the Clerk or Chair before the start of the meeting. Note: Under ‘Public Comment’, the public may comment on any topic. Public comment is not required by law; however, state ‘Open Meeting Law’ does not permit the board to take any action on matters not listed on the agenda. Comments may be limited to a time-limit by the board. 3. PUBLIC WORKS REPORT 4. C. C. FIRE AND EMS COMMISSION REPORT 5. NEW BUSINESS a. Presentation by Supervisor Dawn Redford and public input regarding Koshkonong Solar Project Phase II Call to Action. b. Discussion and possible action regarding Cambridge Community Fire and EMS 2027 budget. c. Discussion and possible action regarding replacement of the town’s DS200 and Express Vote election equipment due to the system software not being compatible with the required software updates. d. Discussion and possible action regarding the proposed amendment to Dane County Chapter 10 Ordinance regarding cemeteries (Ordinance Amendment 2026 OA-006). e. Discussion and possible action regarding replacement of the inoperable town hall water softener and the failing men’s washroom commode. 6.
