Discussion with the new Chief of the Cambridge Fire Department 3. ORDER OF BUSINESS PART II a. Fire Commission Report b. Public Works Report 4. PUBLIC COMMENT– Please fill out a public comment form and return to the Clerk or Chair before the start of the meeting. Note: Under ‘Public Comment’, the public may comment on any topic. Public comment is not required by law; however, state ‘Open Meeting Law’ does not permit the board to take any action on matters not listed on the agenda. Discussion and possible action regarding interest owed for Pizza Pit property the Town of Christiana purchased and subsequently sold due to the failed referendum for a new fire station. c. Discussion and possible action regarding 0.148 acres Christiana owns in Cambridge, parcel # 0612-121-3077-0. d. Discussion regarding the Audit Johnson Block submitted on behalf of the Town of Oakland. e. Discussion and possible action regarding a resolution opposing the 765kV Transmission line. f. Discussion regarding setting dates for upcoming Budget Meetings 6. OLD BUSINESS a. Discussion and possible action regarding the MSA Professional Services Agreement for general engineering services which includes grant writing for road work/repair funding. 7.
