Town of Christiana Town Board Meeting Agenda - Amended August 10, 2026, 6:30 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Special Town Board Meeting of the Town of Christiana Board will occur on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Christiana Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. ORDER OF BUSINESS a. Call Meeting to Order b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Roll Call d. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting e. Public Works Report f. Fire Commission Report 2. PUBLIC COMMENT– Please fill out a public comment form and return to the Clerk or Chair before the start of the meeting. Note: Under ‘Public Comment’, the public may comment on any topic. Public comment is not required by law; however, state ‘Open Meeting Law’ does not permit the board to take any action on matters not listed on the agenda. Comments may be limited to a time-limit by the board. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Discussion and possible action regarding buying out the Town of Oakland’s share in the ‘Crafco’ road crack filler. b. Discussion and possible action regarding Albion buying into the ‘Crafco’ road crack filler with us (T of Christiana). c. Discussion and possible action regarding buying into the ‘Road Groom’ gravel road grader with the Town of Albion. d. Discussion and possible action regarding the proposed CC Fire and EMS 2027 IGA. e. Discussion and possible action regarding a letter of intent to return to the CC Fire and EMS Commission. f. * Discussion regarding 0.148 acre of Christiana owned property in Cambridge, parcel # 0612-121-3077-0. 4. CONSENT AGENDA (All items listed under the Consent Agenda will be approved by one motion unless a Board member requests that item be removed for individual consideration/action.) a. Motion to approve minutes for July 13, 2026, Regular Town Board meeting b. Motion to approve Vouchers c. Motion to approve July 2026 Financial Summary d. Motion to approve July 2026 Bank Reconciliations and Statements 5. CLERK COMMUNICATION a. Polls open tomorrow at 7 am for the August Partisan Primary. b. We received an invitation to an Open House hosted by Midcontinent Grid Solutions on August 26th from 10 am -1 pm for Jefferson County at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds Activity Center and at 4-7pm for Dane/Dodge County at The Round Table in Sun Prairie, regarding a potential preliminary power line route for a 765-kV transmission line project. They would like public feedback. The flyer/invitation is at the back table for anyone interested in attending. 6. ADJOURNMENT Notes: A quorum of the Town of Christiana Plan Commission may be in attendance to gather information relevant to their responsibilities. The Plan Commission will not consider any matter or take any action at this meeting.
