PUBLIC HEARING 7:00 PM Public hearing regarding: A request by Hepta S Inc, Agent Kathleen Bjoin for a Conditional Use Permit, ten-year time extension of an existing nonmetallic mining mineral extraction site (existing conditional use permit #02346) for parcels #0612-143-8240-0, 0612-143-9500-8, 0612-144-8500-9, 0612-144-9000-2, 0612-144-9210-8. New Business: A request by Hepta S Inc, Agent Kathleen Bjoin for a Conditional Use Permit, ten-year time extension of an existing nonmetallic mining mineral extraction site (existing conditional use permit #02346) for parcels 016/0612-143-8240-0, 0612-143-9500-8, 0612-144-8500-9, 0612-144-9000- 2, 0612-144-9210-8. 8. Adjournment 1. A quorum of the Town of Christiana Board may be in attendance for the purpose of gathering information relevant to their responsibilities. No matter shall be considered, nor shall any action be taken by said Board members at this meeting. 2. All items on the agenda are subject to action by the Plan Commission. 3. Any person who has a qualifying disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, that requires the meeting or materials at the meeting to be in an accessible location or format must contact the Town Clerk prior to the meeting so any necessary arrangements can be provided.
