A quorum of the Town of Christiana Board may be in attendance for the purpose of gathering information relevant to their responsibilities. No matter shall be considered, nor shall any action be taken by said Board members at this meeting. Town of Christiana Smart Growth Committee Agenda Monday, March 30, 2026 Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Christiana Smart Growth Committee will be held at the Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Rd. Cambridge, WI on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The committee is tasked with updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan as required by WI State Statutes. 1. Call to order 2. Attendance and roll call (please sign in) a. Update on committee members 3. Confirmation of meeting posting 4. Public Comment – comments may be limited to 3-5 minutes by the committee chair 5. Review and possible approval of February meeting minutes 6. Update on the survey 7. Discussion on Chapter 8, Land Use, and best method for beginning edits to items not likely to change after the survey. 8. Edit outdated Zoning designations in Chapter 8 9. Discussion on Maps from 2009 Comprehensive Plan 10. Assign tasks to be completed prior to April meeting. 11. Confirm date for April meeting.
