Town of Christiana Town Board Meeting Amended Agends March 9, 2026, 6:30 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Meeting of the Town of Christiana Board will take place on March 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Christiana Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. ORDER OF BUSINESS a. Call Meeting to Order b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Roll Call d. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting e. Public Works Director’s Report f. Fire Commission Report g. *Town Smart Growth Committee Update 2. PUBLIC COMMENT – Please fill out a public comment form and return to the Clerk or Chair before the start of the meeting. Note: Under ‘Public Comment’, the public may comment on any topic. Public comment is not required by law; however, state ‘Open Meeting Law’ does not permit the board to take any action on matters not listed on the agenda. Comments may be limited to a time-limit by the board. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Discussion regarding EMS in the future, CC Fire & EMS 2026 Budget, and a possible joint municipality meeting with CC Fire & EMS on 04/29/2026 for final municipal decisions regarding the commission. b. Review and possible approval of 2025 Amended Budget. c. Review and possible approval of Vouchers. d. Review and possible approval of January and February 2026 Financial Summary. e. Review and possible approval of February 2026 Bank Statements and Reconciliations. f. Review and possible approval of February 9, 2026, April17, 2025, April 24, 2025, June 16, 2025, and August 21, 2025, meeting minutes. 4. * OLD BUSINESS a. Discussion and possible action regarding a Town Board resolution supporting comprehensive and sustainable transportation funding solution. 5. CLERK COMMUNICATION Tuesday March 31, 2026, at 1:30 pm there will be public testing of the electronic voting equipment. The Spring Primary Election is on April 7, 2026. 6. ADJOURNMENT Notes: *Additional agenda items Notes: A quorum of the Town of Christiana Plan Commission may be in attendance to gather information relevant to their responsibilities. The Plan Commission will not consider any matter or take any action at this meeting.
