Town of Christiana Town Board Meeting January 12, 2026, 6:30 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Meeting of the Town of Christiana Board will occur on January 12, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Christiana Town Hall, 773 Koshkonong Road, Cambridge, WI 53523. 1. ORDER OF BUSINESS a. Call Meeting to Order b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Roll Call d. Confirmation of Meeting Notice/Posting e. Public Works Director’s Report f. Fire Commission Report 2. PUBLIC COMMENT – Please fill out a public comment form and return to the Clerk or Chair before the start of the meeting. Note: Under ‘Public Comment’, the public may comment on any topic. Public comment is not required by law; however, state ‘Open Meeting Law’ does not permit the board to take any action on matters not listed on the agenda. Comments may be limited to a time-limit by the board. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Discussion regarding dates and locations of BOR certification classes and who will be going. b. Discussion and possible action regarding the CUP modification to the Town of Christiana Plan Commission Application and Instructions. c. Review and possible approval of Vouchers. d. Review and possible approval of December 2025 Financial Summary. e. Review and possible approval of December 2025 Bank Statements and Reconciliations. f. Review and possible approval of December 8 and December 22, 2025, meeting minutes. 4. CLERK COMMUNICATION There will be a Spring Primary Election on February 17th, 2026. 5. ADJOURNMENT Notes: A quorum of the Town of Christiana Plan Commission may be in attendance to gather information relevant to their responsibilities. The Plan Commission will not consider any matter or take any action at this meeting.
