TOWN OF BRISTOL 7747 County Road N, Sun Prairie WI 53590 Town Board Budget Workshop The Bristol Town Board will hold a Budget Workshop Meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 9:00am, located at the Bristol Town Hall, 7747 County Hwy N, Sun Prairie WI 53531. AGENDA I. Call to Order II. Review of Town Fees for 2027 III. Discuss/Consider Town Budget for Fiscal Year 2027: a. Revenue Estimates b. Expense Estimates c. Capital Expenditures d. Use of Surplus Funds IV. Consider/Adopt motion to move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: 2026 Employee Compensation V. Consider/Adopt motion to reconvene to open session to take any action necessary from closed session. VI. Set the date for: a. Schedule Public Hearing for the Town of Bristol Budget for Fiscal Year 2027 Notice is hereby given that it is possible that a majority of the Town Board or other governmental body may be present at the above meeting of the Town Board to gather information about a subject over which they have ultimate decision-making responsibility. If such a majority is present, it will constitute a meeting of the Town Board or other governmental body under Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Laws and is hereby being noticed as such, although only the Town Board will take formal action at the above meeting.
