TOWN OF BRISTOL 7747 County Road N, Sun Prairie WI 53590 Special Town Board Meeting October 22, 2025, at 9:00 am 1 ORDER OF BUSINESS a. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 9:12 am by Chairman Willison. Board Members Present – Willison, Grove and Kvalo. Public attendees: Cindy Mestelle BUSINESS a. DISCUSSION/CONSIDER ALLIANT ENERGY TREE GRANT FOR PARKS The Parks Committee wishes to apply for another Alliant Energy Tree Grant for 2026 to plant additional trees in Drumlin Creek park. The committee will hold a community event in the spring of 2026 for planting the trees. Motioned by Kvalo and seconded by Grove to approve the Parks Committee to apply for the Alliant Energy Tree grant, to accept the quote from Jung’s Garden Center for the purchase of 16 trees (minus the sales tax) and to give permission to plant the trees on public property (Drumlin Creek Park).
