1 Committee-Of-The-Whole - July 21, 2026 City of Oconomowoc Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting Minutes July 21, 2026 - 7:00 PM Aldermen Present: Karen Spiegelberg, April Welch, Charles Schellpeper, Lou Kowieski, Erik Jungwirth, Zachary Frankowski, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Kevin Ellis Also Present: Matt Rosek, Mark Frye, Tina Wallace, Eric Boettcher, Robert Duffy, Kevin Kaari, Jason Gallo, James Pfister, Tim Reel, Steve Hatton Mayor Rosek called the Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting to order and appropriate meeting notice was confirmed at 6:58 PM. Roll Call Committee Business a. 2027-2031 Capital Budget Overview Hatton gave a PowerPoint presentation providing instructions to Council on how to download the detailed capital worksheets from the city website for each capital request. The next C-O-T-W meeting will be July 28th at 6 PM to go through each department’s capital request. b. Consider/recommend Resolution 26-R3383 for WPPI Long Term Power Supply Contract Extension Frye introduced Mike Peters, President and CEO of WPPI. Mike Peters gave a PowerPoint Presentation regarding WPPI's Long Term Power Supply Contract Extension. No action taken. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Ellis and seconded by Kowieski.
