Chairman Aultman Kloth called the Finance Committee Meeting to order and appropriate meeting notice was
confirmed at 6:20 PM.

The Vouchers were reviewed and approved as presented.
b. Review/Discuss the 2nd Quarter 2026 Purchase Orders Approved Administratively
The Committee had no concerns.
c. Consider/recommend Resolution 26-R3385 Approving 2nd Quarter 2026 Grants, Donations
and Budget Amendments
Motion to recommend Resolution 26-R3385 approving 2nd Quarter 2026 Grants, Donations and
Budget Amendments made by Frankowski and seconded by Schellpeper.
