NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Blooming Grove Town Board will meet on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 5:30 PM in the Town Hall located at 1880 S. Stoughton Road, Madison, Wisconsin. The following is the MEETING AGENDA: 1. Order of Business a. Call meeting to order; remind attendees to sign in; reminder about closed session item on the agenda that the public cannot attend b. Change the dates of the Town Board meetings in November to the 4th and 18th to avoid Thanksgiving week b. Set Special Town Meeting date to approve the 2026 payable 2027 levy and review the 2027 budget (prefer November 18, 2026) c. Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of deliberating compensation changes for public employees • Motion to recess into closed session • Roll call vote • Discussion • Motion to return to open session d.
