Town Board — Minutes

Blooming Grove Town Board Meeting Minutes for December 31, 2025 Vice-Chair Teuscher called the meeting to order at 10:10 AM. Other Town Board members in attendance were Supervisors Woznick and Young. Supervisor Schroeder had notified the Board in advance about her absence. Chair Bristol was sick and could not attend. Also in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer/Administrator John Wright. Clerk/Treasurer/Administrator Wright confirmed proper proof of posting. There were no changes to the agenda. 2. Review of Property Tax Collection to Date: Clerk/Treasurer/Administrator Wright presented a spreadsheet of 2025 pay 2026 property taxes collected to date. 3. Minutes from December 10, 2025 Meeting: Supervisor Young moved to approve the December 10, 2025 minutes; 2nd by Vice-Chair Teuscher. Motion carried 3-0-0. 4. Approval of Vouchers a. 2025 bills: Supervisor Teuscher made a motion to approve the 2025 vouchers, as presented; 2nd by Supervisor Young. Motion carried 3-0-0. b. 2026 bills: Supervisor Woznick moved to approve the 2026 vouchers, as presented; 2nd by Supervisor Young. Motion carried 3-0-0. 5. Public Comments: Wright reported that he incorporated the changes in QuickBooks to reflect the most recent budget amendments approved by the Board. He is in the process of uploading documents for the 2025 financial audit via a secure link to Johnson Block & Associates. Auditors will be in the Town Office on January 30th and 31st. 5. Adjournment: Vice-Chair Teuscher moved to adjourn the meeting; 2nd by Supervisor Woznick. Motion carried 3-0 at 10:13 AM.
