Public Hearing – Land Use Plan amendments

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Town of Black Earth NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Black Earth Town Board will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at the Black Earth Village Hall, located at 1210 Mills St., Black Earth, Wisconsin, to hear public input regarding the Town of Black Earth Land Use Plan proposed amendments. PETITION TO ADOPT AMENDMENTS TO THE TOWN OF BLACK EARTH LAND USE PLAN The Town Board of the Town of Black Earth does hereby petition to amend the Land Use Plan, Chapter 3-10 of the Town Comprehensive Plan, Dane County, Wisconsin, summarized as follows: - Amendments to the Transfer of Development Rights program. - Amend language for Conditional Use Permits and Accessory Dwelling Units. - Edits and clarifications in Chapter 3-10.
