1 Committee-Of-The-Whole - June 16, 2026 City of Oconomowoc Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting Minutes June 16, 2026 - 7:10 PM Aldermen Present: Kevin Ellis, Karen Spiegelberg, April Welch, Charles Schellpeper, Lou Kowieski, Erik Jungwirth, Zachary Frankowski, Jennifer Aultman Kloth Also Present: Matt Rosek, Luke Martell, Mark Frye, Gina Kozlik, Bob Duffy Mayor Rosek called the Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting to order and appropriate meeting notice was confirmed at 7:10 PM. Roll Call was taken and all Alderman were present. Committee Business a. Closed Session to Discuss Potential Land Purchase Motion to go into closed session made by Schellpeper and seconded by Jungwirth per Wis. Stats §19.85(1)(e), The purpose of the meeting is for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically regarding potential land purchase. Motion carried 8-0-0. Adjourn The Council adjourned from closed session by motion made by Ellis and seconded by Aultman Kloth. Motion carried 8-0-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:27 PM.
