Meeting notice in compliance. 18 People in attendance. Motion by Jungbluth/Skelton to approve agenda as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Approval of Minutes - May 13, 2026 Meeting ; May 27, 2026 LRIP Bid Opening and Bid Award. Motion by Arndt/Skelton to approve minutes as presented with a correction for the May 13, 2026 minutes, Item 2026 Road Construction Project Bid Evaluation and Recommendation with a reference to Hwy 12 to be corrected to Hwy13. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Plan Commission Recommendation : Keith & Pamela Whitaker, 1147 Cottonville Ave., 024-00439-0000, Rezone application for 2.09 acres zoned R-1 to B-1. Mike Kuss, Chairman of the Planning Commission Committee presented the recommendation to “Not Object” to the rezone request. After discussion and questions a Motion by Arndt/Jungbluth to “Not Object” to the rezoning request. Carried by unanimous voice vote. 2026 Road Construction Project Update - Chairman Arndt provided an update. ATV/UTV Ordinance discussion only to review the town ordinance with the current county ordinance - General discussion and request to be added to July agenda for further review and possible ordinance. Discuss permitting for roads with weight restrictions - General discussion and request to be added to July agenda for further review. Alcohol, Tobacco, and Operator Licenses received for town board approval: “ CLASS B” (Combination Liquor & Beer- on premises) Renewal applications for “Class B” license for: Mo Daddy’s Inc, 1348 Highway 13, Friendship, WI 53934.
