Michael Kuss, Chairman Linda Caldwell, Member Michelle Dayboll, Member Mary Anderson, Member Peter Jungbluth, Member Patty Jungbluth, Alternate PLANNING COMMISSION COMMITTEE MEETING @ 6:30 PM REGULAR BOARD MEETING @ 7:00 PM WEDNESDAY APRIL 15, 2026 @ PRESTON TOWN HALL 1801 11TH AVENUE, FRIENDSHIP 6:30 pm – Planning Commission Committee Meeting at Town Hall Prior to Regular Town Meeting (Mike Kuss, Linda Caldwell, Michelle Dayboll, Mary Anderson, Peter Jungbluth, Patty Jungbluth- alternate) 1.Meeting called to order – by Mike Kuss at 6:30 pm. Board members in attendance, Mike Kuss – Chairman, Linda Caldwell, Michelle Dayboll, Peter Jungbluth, Mary Anderson Peter Brogan (applicant) and his father were in attendance 2. Quorum Call/Verification of public notice and Approval of the Agenda by Randy Howard 3. Mike Kuss explained the function of the plan commission 4. Review Rezone Request for recommendation to the Town Board - Peter Brogan, 1102 Czech Ave, 024-00983-000, Rezone application for 39.84 acres zoned A-1 to 10 acres zoned A-3 and 29.84 zoned to A-1(15). Rezone current acres of 40 acres A1(35) into two parcels – 29.84 acres (southern portion) to A1 (15) and 10 acres (northern portion) to A3 Peter explained his plans to build one home about 2,000 square feet and an accessory outbuilding to accommodate small scale farming on the property. Questions from the commission members and town members, were discussed and answered by Peter Brogan. Motion to not object by Peter Jungbluth seconded by Michelle Dayboll Motion carried by unanimous voice vote – the committee does not object the zoning request to rezone current acres of 40 acres A1(35) into two parcels – 29.84 acres (southern portion) to A1 (15) and 10 acres (northern portion) to A3. Mike Kuss will present to the Town of Preston board that the Plan Commission does not object to the zoning request. 4. Adjourn @ 6:40 Minutes – Linda Caldwell . .
