PRESTON TOWN HALL 1801 11TH AVENUE, FRIENDSHIP Call Meeting to Order - by Al Arndt at 7:00pm Verification of Public Notice - All board members in attendance and meeting notice in compliance with 11 citizens attended. Pledge of Allegiance Chairman Arndt reviewed procedures and agenda. Approval of the Agenda - Motion by Jim Wolstenholme/Linda Caldwell. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote. Approval of Minutes from April 15, 2025 - Motion by Danny Shelton/Judy Wolstenholme to approve the minutes with a correction for the date of the Annual Report, from 20234 to correct 2024. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote. Date Set for 2027 Annual Town Meeting Motion by Judy Wolstenholme/Brittney Skelton to be held at the Town Hall Tuesday, April 20, 2027 at 6:00pm. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote. 2025 Annual Report - Clerk Howard provided 2025 Annual Report. Discussion and questions by citizens. Motion to accept and file the 2025 Annual Financial Report by Michelle Dayboll/Linda Caldwell. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote. Time of Public discussion and comments. General financial questions and discussion. Citizens recommended that the board not make any contributions to sponsor fireworks. Citizens recommended that the board consider creating more privacy for the voting booths. After no further discussion a Motion to Adjourn by Judy Wolstenholme/Peter Jungbluth.
